Is my order on its way to me?

You will receive a dispatch confirmation email from our warehouse once your order is on its way, including the expected delivery date. Details of how you can track the status of your delivery will also be included in this email.

My order has not arrived yet?

If your order has not arrived by the estimated delivery date, we’re here to help. We can be contacted either via email to cs@londonactivewear.com or by telephoning us on 0207 252 2955 (9:00 am to 4:00 pm Monday to Friday). One of our team will be very happy to help.

When do you deliver?

Our standard UK delivery service is by courier, within 3 to 5 days of your order, with delivery between 8 am and 6 pm, Monday to Saturday. Please note that a signature is required for all deliveries.

What are your delivery charges?

Our standard UK delivery is free of charge of your goods.

Where do you deliver to?

We deliver to all postal areas in the UK mainland. Delivery to addresses in remote areas of the UK mainland may take a little longer than our usual delivery times. If we believe that the delivery address you've given may not be secure (for example, if it’s a communal postal address or PO Box), we may contact you to make alternative arrangements.

What if I’m not in when you deliver?

Deliveries are usually made Mondays to Saturdays, between 8 am and 6 pm. If no-one is available to accept delivery, the courier will leave a card confirming that they have tried to deliver your parcel. Please follow the instructions on the card giving details on how to arrange a convenient day for re-delivery. These instructions may vary depending on the chosen courier for your area. Alternatively you may contact one of our team using the contact details given above. Please be aware that after three failed delivery attempts your items will be returned to our warehouse.

Can someone else sign for my delivery?

All first orders must be signed for by the account holder. Subsequent orders can be signed for on your behalf (for example a member of your household, or a neighbour). If your parcel is delivered to one of your neighbours, the courier will leave you a card stating which neighbour he has delivered to.

Do you deliver to work addresses?

We can deliver to your place of employment, but we do not deliver to a PO Box address for security purposes.
